Rangers FC

One of Scotland’s most successful teams of all time, Rangers have an incredible history, from winning league championships at the highest level – 55 of them! – to enjoying cup glory in Europe.

The club’s ferocious rivalry with another Glasgow side is famous throughout the world of sport, and the Old Firm derby remains an unmissable fixture in the Scottish Premiership.

Rangers play at the iconic Ibrox stadium, while notable managers include Jock Wallace, who led the club to treble glory in 1976 and ’78.

Then there are the reigns of Graeme Souness and Walter Smith; the pair enjoyed a period of complete dominance between 1989 and 1997, Souness winning three league championships on the bounce before Smith took over to win the next six.

The side have endured more challenging times in recent years, but battled back from the lower leagues to reassert themselves in the top flight, having clinched promotion three times in four years. It’s that battling spirit that has endeared the club to generations of passionate football fans, and we are proud to sponsor Rangers.

This North Yorkshire club was founded in 1876, and have a fine tradition of footballing highlights, from League Cup wins to near misses in Europe, with Boro finishing as runners-up in the UEFA Cup in the 2005-06 season.

The club also captured the imagination of football fans around the globe in the 90s, when their audacious bid for Premier League glory saw the club managed by England legend Bryan Robson. Brilliant players like Italy’s Fabrizio Ravanelli and Brazil’s Juninho would deliver unforgettable moments for the team.
