How safe are my funds?

As per our Terms and Conditions laid out here, we offer a basic level of protection of customer funds held with us. These funds are held in a ‘client account’ and are separate from any other company accounts but would form part of the assets of the business in the event of insolvency.

Bank statement descriptors

The descriptor of the deposit transaction will be shown on your bank statement. It helps you recognize the payment source you use for transactions. Please note the descriptor on your bank account may be one of the following: 32Red, 32Red Limited, 32Red Ltd, Instant Cheque (Canada only).

How does 3D Secure work with 32Red Online Casino?

Bank Transfer

Unfortunately, we do not accept deposits directly via Bank Transfer. If you already have our bank details saved within your online banking, please delete these.
